Background: I have earned my BS Degree in Physical Education/Coaching more than 20
years ago. I have extensive knowledge in anatomy, physiology, and sport medicine. I worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant over 8 years. While working at a Physical Therapy office, I also worked as part-time Massage Therapist. For the last three years I worked at San Savero salon as a full-time Massage Therapist.
Specialties: In 1997 I have earned my Certified Massage Therapy Designation from the Healing Arts Institute (Roseville). I am excellent in doing Swedish, Sport, Deep Tissues, Reflexology, Joint Mobilization, and Chair Massage. I love to help my clients to take care of their bodies, minds, and spirits. I have extensive background in sports.
I was a participant in the 1980 Olympic Games. I was professionally rowing for 14 years and was working as a rowing Coach for 12 years. In 1991 my Crew got Bronze medals on European Championship. I am a designated Massage Therapist for Sacramento Ballet. My hobbies are hiking, running, and reading.
